FMLA Eligibility & Intermittent Leave
Eric and Casey shared with us how to handle casual comments about medical conditions from employees. When are employers obligated to start the ADA and FMLA processes? HR practitioners need to be well-versed and educated on these three particular areas of employment law as they do evolve and change.
